Social Media Prompts

Here are the social media prompts we have for the week:

  • Monday (11/12) :Post your favorite photo of yourself and one thing you are proud of, challenge 3 friends. Use the hashtag #SelfLoveUTC
  • Tuesday (11/13): Be basic and post a healthy meal or drinking water, challenge 3 friends. Use the hashtag #EatWellUTC
  • Wednesday (11/14): Post how you moved your body today, challenge 3 friends. Use the hashtag #LetsMoveUTC
  • Thursday (11/15): Post how you practiced self care today, challenge 3 friends. Use the hashtag #SelfCareUTC
  • Friday (11/16): Post a picture of you and the affirmation you have created for yourself. Use the hashtag #CelebrateYoUTC

Giveaway Rules: 

You must use the hashtag #LYSW2018 and the hashtag of the day to be entered into a raffle to win one of the following prizes: a weighted blanket, yoga mat, essential oils, or many more.

Posts may be on Twitter, Instagram, and Instagram Story. Only one entry per day. You must tag @UTCWAGE Only one entry per day.
