- Monday (Nov. 12): Post your favorite photo of yourself and one thing you are proud of, and challenge three friends. Use the hashtag #SelfLoveUTC
- Tuesday (Nov. 13):Be basic and post a healthy meal or drinking water, and challenge three friends. Use the hashtag #EatWellUTC
- Wednesday (Nov. 14):Post how you moved your body today, and challenge three friends. Use the hashtag #LetsMoveUTC
- Thursday (Nov. 15):Post how you practiced self-care today, and challenge three friends. Use the hashtag #SelfCareUTC
- Friday (Nov. 16):Post a picture of you and the affirmation you have created for yourself. Use the hashtag #CelebrateYoUTC
You must use the hashtag #LYSW2018 and the hashtag of the day to be entered into a raffle to win one of the following prizes: a weighted blanket, yoga mat, essential oils and many more.
