Student Help Desk Assistant

This position is not currently open but is accepting applicants for future openings.

Position Summary: The IT Helpdesk is hiring students with availability between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday.  Applicants should possess good customer service skills and be comfortable talking to people.  This position provides assistance to UTC faculty, staff, and students that call the IT Helpdesk. Tasks can include answering the telephone, directing calls to the appropriate departments, and problem solving.

Student IT Technician

This position is not currently open but is accepting applicants for future openings.

Position Summary: This position is responsible for assisting with first tier technical support of software, hardware, classroom technology, printing, and network issues to UTC faculty, staff and students. Students may be assigned to work in the IT Solution Center, Field Support or IT Infrastructure teams.
