There is no cost required for the services.
- Do you offer transportation to your clinics?
Yes! We provide free local transportation to help you get to our clinics. When you schedule your appointment, please call 423-425-1657 and let us know if you need transportation assistance.
- How can I support MobileMOC?
Sharing our social media posts helps a lot! Talk to your friends, families, and community organizations about our services. You can also print and share our information. If you would like to donate, click the donate button in the header.
- How can I access my patient portal?
After registration, you should receive an invitation to create your patient portal account. This will allow you to set up your own login credentials (username and password).
You can also access it under the Patient tab.

- Do we prescribe eye glasses or contacts lenses?
We do not provide prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses. However, we can connect you with a local eye specialist for a full vision exam and prescription if needed.

- Which Tennessee Counties do you serve?
We serve 10 different Southeast Tennessee Counties. These counties are Hamilton, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Grundy, Bradley, Polk, McMinn, Meigs, Rhea and Marion County.

- Can I still be seen as a patient if I am under 62 years old?
Our target audience is older adults (62 years+), but those who are 18 years or older may be seen depending on if staff or time is available.
