Our Services
MobileMOC is a community clinic, providing services at no cost, regardless of insurance status. While we offer specialized older adult care, we are equipped to serve anyone 18+. Using an interprofessional, whole-person approach to care, our primary care team can connect patients with additional support services, including social work, occupational therapy, and nutrition counseling, at no charge. MobileMOC partners with SETHRA to provide free local transportation to our clinic sites. You can set up transportation when scheduling your appointment by calling 423-425-1657. Please make sure to communicate if you need transportation assistance. Must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
