International Tea Time
Twice a month, the Center for Global Education hosts International Tea Time. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to enjoy different types of tea while learning about different cultures.

*ALL International Tea Times will be from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. in Lupton Hall (1st Floor Lobby)

Students who complete 10 events, including other Global Education events and more, can earn an award signed by the Chancellor along with priority registration for classes. Day Trips
Every semester, the Center for Global Education sponsors free trips for international and domestic students to nearby cities and attractions.
These trips are meant to be fun but also educational.

Global Spotlight
The Center for Global Education recently launched Global Spotlight, a platform through which UTC international students can share their culture and traditions with the UTC community.
This program is very casual and may include presentations, dance performances, music and Q&A.
Global Spotlight allows for cultural exchange and learning between attendees and is open to the whole UTC community.
Countries featured in the past: Armenia, Bangladesh, China, Czech Republic, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Mexico, Pakistan, Sudan, Tanzania, Saudi Arabia, Uganda, and UK.

International Education Week
Every year, the Center for Global Education hosts a week of events to celebrate International Education Week.
International Education Week 2023 will be from November 13th to November 16th.
