MEDIC RLC (Medical Dental Interests Company Residential Learning Community) is the residential learning community for first- and second-year students on the professional healthcare track. This RLC gives students a chance to connect with upperclassmen and faculty in our natural sciences departments. Students engage in exclusive activities to enhance their professional healthcare aspirations and applications. Participants also have the unique experience of volunteering with Erlanger Baroness Hospital in their second semester, allowing them to gain hands-on experience in the medical field. This RLC is not designed for students interested in nursing as members of MEDIC are required to major in a degree within the College of Arts and Sciences.
