Costs

How much does the program cost?

$1,945 includes course textbooks, certification exam fee and one set of navy scrubs.

Does the program have to be paid in full when I register?

Yes. If you cannot pay out of pocket, we strongly recommend taking advantage of financial aid.

Is financial aid available?

Yes, please view the available Financial Aid options.

Do I have to fill out a FAFSA?

FAFSA is not required for the program.

How will I receive my materials?

Your scrubs will be shipped to you. You will receive the rest of your materials on the first night of class.

Is enrollment into UTC required?

No.

Format

What is the program format?

The format is face-to-face. All sessions meet in person on UTC's campus.

Certification Exam

When do I sit for the certification exam?

You will sit for the certification exam online after successful completion of the program. We highly recommend that students sit for the exam within two weeks of completing the course. You may choose the date and time that best fits with your schedule.

How do I register for the exam?

You will register in our computer lab using the exam voucher we will give you on the last night of class.

Where will I take the exam?

The exam is online.

Job Placement

Does UTC assist with job placement?

Job placement assistance is available upon request during and after the program, and this benefit is at no extra cost to you! 

We work with multiple employer partners as well as staffing companies who are proactively looking to hire our graduates. 

A job board is also available to students, where a variety of opportunities are available.
