Affiliate and Student Access Request
All university employees, including student workers, automatically have standard access to DASH Research using their UT NetID credentials and are selectable as study staff. Access must be requested for individuals that are external to the university (affiliates) or unpaid students (students) that participate in research and require access to DASH Research modules. This job aid focuses on the two-step process for requesting standard access for affiliates and students. Request for enhanced or additional access to DASH Research will be processed separately.
- NOTE: The process below replaces the use of the DASH Contingent Worker process for sponsoring access to DASH Research. Individuals currently in DASH as contingent workers do not need to follow this process.
