Passes and Tickets to Local Events and Attractions
Thanks to our amazing community partners, you can check out passes or reserve tickets to area attractions and events. See the list below for details.
Audubon Acres Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis and covers entry to Audubon Acres for 2 adults.
Pass will not provide access to McClellan Island.

Chattanooga Football Club Student Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis for each game.
Passes are to be redeemed at the CFC Box Office, located in front of the south end of Finley Stadium starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the event. The attendant will then exchange your voucher for tickets to the event, up to 2 adults and 4 children.

Chattanooga Football Club Faculty/Staff Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis for each game.
Passes are to be redeemed at the CFC Box Office, located in front of the south end of Finley Stadium starting 1 hour and 30 minutes before the event. The attendant will then exchange your voucher for tickets to the event, up to 2 adults and 4 children.

Chattanooga Symphony and Opera Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis for select events.
Passes are to be redeemed for assigned tickets at the Chattanooga Symphony Opera Box Office no more than 1 hour before the event specified on the ticket, and each covers tickets for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

Chattanooga Theatre Centre Tickets
Four passes are available on a first come first serve basis for select events.
Tickets are only valid for the first Saturday showing only. Reservations are required. Once you pick up your voucher for the show, you will need to contact the box office to reserve at 423-267-8534. Show your pass to redeem for your assigned ticket at the Chattanooga Theatre Center Box Office.

Chattanooga Zoo Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis and covers entry for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

Hunter Museum of American Art
UTC Students can purchase a student pass for $15 per year. The pass allows one year of unlimited museum admission. You must show your Mocs ID when purchasing your ticket.
Additional no-cost admission and programs include, Throwback Thursdays (free 4-8 PM on the first Thursday of every month) and vision + verse Thursday night programs.
Paradise Garden Pass
Passes are available on a first come first serve basis and covers entry for 4 individuals.

Ruby Falls Pass
The family pass gives admission to the Cave Walk to Ruby Falls for two adults and two children.
Tours fill quickly, especially on holidays, holiday weekends and summer weekends. For best availability, we recommend weekday visits or arrival before 9:30 AM or after 5:00 PM on weekends.
Tickets are timed and require online reservations prior to your visit.

Tennessee Aquarium Pass
The library pass allows for two adults (age 18 and over) per visit. Any guests that exceed these numbers will be charged for entry.
Library patrons must present the entire packet upon arrival - photos or screenshots are not allowed.
Discounts to IMAX with cards.

Tivoli Theatre Tickets
Tickets to concerts, events, and movies will be released on a monthly basis.
Once you have reserved passes, your name will be added to the will call list and you can pick up tickets no more than 1-hour prior to the event.

Chattanooga Passport Policies and Restrictions
Information and Policies
- Students, Faculty, and Staff are limited to one pass/tickets per calendar year with each partner. For example, you can check out the aquarium pass one time per year, attend one Tivoli Theatre Foundation show, etc.
- Passes are only valid for the individual who reserved the pass. You must show your UTC Mocs ID when checking out the pass at the Library or visiting our partner to receive your tickets.
- Passes are either available physically or digitally. Your confirmation email will provide you with directions for obtaining your pass/tickets.
- Physical Passes
- Physical passes must be picked up from the UTC Library Check Out Desk on the day of your reservation.
- Physical passes are 1-day passes. The pass is due the following business day.
- Digital Passes
- Please see your reservation confirmation for information redeeming your physical tickets or booking your tour.
- The digital pass reservation confirmation will include an attached PDF that you must retain to obtain your tickets.
- Physical Passes
Overdue Fines and Fees
- If the pass is not turned in by the due date, an overdue fee will be incurred.
- $5 per day late fee. Maximum late fee of $15.
- If the pass is lost or is not returned after 3 days, a lost item replacement fee of $15.00 will be charged.
- The $15 lost item replacement fee will be waived if the pass is returned and the Library has not incurred fees from our community partner to replace the pass.
