Josh Brown
Josh Brown is a third-year School Psychology student at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga (UTC). He currently serves as a School Psychology Intern for Meigs County, where he applies his growing expertise in supporting student mental health and academic success. In addition to his internship, he is the Vice President of the School Psychology Student Association, actively contributing to the development and support of his peers in the field. His dedication to advancing school psychology and improving student well-being reflects his passion for making a positive impact in educational settings.

Virginia Gremmels Duffour
Virginia Gremmels Duffour, M.Ed., is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and received her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2024. During her internship course, she was placed with Partnership for Families, Children and Adults and found her passion for helping clients work through traumatic events by providing hope, safety, warmth, and opportunities for growth. Following graduation, she was accepted as a full-time staff therapist at Partnership and has been serving the community through this organization since February 2025.

Ismahen “Izzy” Kadrie
Ismahen Kadrie serves as the Lead Middle School Counselor for Hamilton County Schools. She was born in London, Ontario, Canada, and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She began her education at the College of Charleston, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She spent seven years teaching in Charleston, South Carolina, while completing her Master’s degree in School Counseling at The Citadel. After returning to Chattanooga to be closer to family, she served as a school counselor for 12 years at Howard Middle and High School, followed by three years at Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy and two years at Chattanooga Preparatory School. She feels it is a privilege to lead and support the dedicated school counselors as everyone works together to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of the students across Hamilton County.

Farron Kilburn, MA
Farron Kilburn is a project manager, researcher, and instructor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has managed and co-authored several federally-funded Health Resources and Human Services Administration grants at the UTC School of Nursing that focus on reducing health disparities. She is invested in several community-based learning projects involving the sociological aspects of health care as well as place-making. In 2019-2020 she was named a UT Chattanooga Community Equity Fellow and in July 2025 received one of the first UTC Chancellor’s Golden Feather Awards for outstanding university staff. She holds an MA in Humanities and Social Thought from New York University and serves as adjunct faculty at UTC in the psychology and women, gender, and sexuality studies programs. She has presented research at many national conferences and is the author of several peer-reviewed publications.

Tracy Mozingo
Tracy Mozingo, Ed. S., is a dedicated and experienced school psychologist with over 33 years of service in the field of education. Her career has taken her across four states, where she has made a lasting impact on students, families, and school communities through her compassionate, evidence-based approach to mental health and learning support. Beyond her professional work, she serves on the board of ChattAcademy Community School and volunteers regularly with ChattFoundation and Isaiah 117 House. She serves as an Elder on the Mission committee for her church where her faith and service intersect in meaningful ways. She is married to her husband of 30 years, Rich, and together they have raised two sons, Lucas and Alex.

Megan Olive
Megan Olive, LMSW, LSSW, is a school social worker with Hamilton County Schools in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Originally from rural West Tennessee, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience of serving under-resourced communities to her role. In the school setting, Megan provides clinical support to students and families through crisis intervention, counseling, and intensive case management, while partnering closely with educators and community providers.

Jashari White
Jashari White is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and she holds a Master’s degree from Argosy University in Community Mental Health Counseling with a Concentration in Family and Marriage Therapy. She is the Clinic Manager for the Centerstone clinic in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she oversees therapeutic outpatient services and medication management. She began her career with Centerstone in 2014, starting as a school-based therapist at Woodmore Elementary. Within her time with Centerstone, she was promoted to team leader and in 2019 became the clinic manager. In this role, she has been afforded the opportunity to help other clinicians develop their clinical skills and excel in their careers. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her niece and nephews.

Dr. Arica Wilson
Dr. Arica Wilson is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and School Psychologist with a career spanning clinical practice, higher education, and school system leadership. In her current role, she leads teams of school psychologists serving public charter schools, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while fostering collaboration, professional growth, and student-centered practice. Her previous experience includes serving as Director of Eligibility and Evaluation for Hamilton County Schools, holding faculty and psychologist positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and completing a prestigious postdoctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Dr. Wilson earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from William James College, with additional graduate training in child development and school psychology at Tufts University, the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology, and St. John’s University. Guided by the belief that every child deserves a champion, she remains deeply committed to helping children and families thrive.
