UTC is offering a 9-credit certificate in Human Capital in Education Leadership. This certificate is designed for educators who already have a master’s degree or want to complete a certificate in Human Capital. This certificate program may be obtained during coursework toward an advanced degree or as an individual certification. The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Leadership in Education equips educators and administrators with the essential skills to effectively manage and lead human resources within educational institutions. This program combines strategic HR practices with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced in the education sector, with an emphasis on the legal aspects associated with managing employees. Graduates will be prepared to drive positive organizational change, improve staff performance, and enhance the overall learning environment.
