Leadership and Decision-Making Incomplete Policy
A participant may request an Incomplete from the professor of record, if his/her work has been of passing quality and if s/he has a valid reason for not completing some requirement of the course. In order for the request to be granted, the participant must include a timeline for completion of course requirements. Removal of an Incomplete must be submitted by the instructor to the Registrar by the published deadline or the Incomplete will be changed to a failing grade. The Incomplete grade will not be computed in the grade point average during the interim. An Incomplete may not be used to allow the participant to do additional work to bring up the grade.
A participant may not register for additional courses if s/he has earned two or more incomplete grades (Incomplete or Incomplete in Progress). The assignment of incompletes may also jeopardize a participant’s eligibility for financial aid.
