BAS-AL Program Highlights

Our bachelor’s completion program (BAS-AL) provides students with the well-rounded expertise needed to advance a career while also balancing personal and professional commitments. Ideal for students working across a wide range of fields, our program is designed to fit the working professional’s life. We offer flexible options to take classes online and on a full- or part-time basis, making it possible to earn a degree while balancing career and family or other personal obligations. Additionally, we accept transfer credits, as well as military training and prior learning experience (PLA), so students can pick up where they left off and build upon any previous academic experience. Students may transfer hours from an accredited two- or four-year institution.

We understand the importance of education in today's world, but we also realize that life priorities often interfere with traditional higher education schedules and offerings. The UTC BAS in Applied Leadership is a multi-disciplinary program designed to meet the needs of working professionals and adult students, balancing academic rigor with flexibility and value. The degree is designed for adults who have prior college and/or work experience, however have yet to earn a four-year degree. The program offers a well-rounded education through a curriculum with a concentration in applied leadership that provides an alternative pathway for adults to complete a bachelor's degree.
