We are looking forward to inviting families back to campus this fall to visit with their student, get a taste of the UTC experience and explore Chattanooga. Fall Family Weekend will take place October 17-19, 2025. More details about the schedule, pricing and registration coming coming soon but take a peak at the schedule at a glance below!

October 17, 2025

Off Campus Housing Fair, 5-8 PM

Is your student thinking about living off campus at some point in their time at UTC? Stop by for some ice cream and visit with local properties that provide student housing. 

Location: Oak Street 

Fall Family Weekend Kickoff, 7-9 PM - Registration Required 

Join us to kick off the weekend with an opening reception. Food, fun, activities and music will be provided.

Time: 7 PM - 9 PM EST

Price: TBA , UTC student attends for free with guest registered for event. UTC student must be included on registration form.

October 18, 2025

UTC Football Tailgate, 11 AM-1:30 PM- Registration Required 

Get ready for the game and enjoy the energy of Finley Stadium. Lunch will be provided. 

Time: 11 AM - 1:30 PM

Price: TBA, UTC student attends for free with guest registered for event. UTC student must be included on registration form.

Mocs Flock Finley, 1:10 PM

Watch UTC's annual tradition as first year students lead the UTC Football Team out of the tunnel and run the distance of the field. 

Time: 1:10 PM

Location: Finley Stadium 

Ticket to game is required to enter the stadium. 

UTC vs. ETSU Football Game, 1:30 PM - Ticket Required

Cheer on the Mocs as they defeat ETSU! Tickets can be purchased at a special discounted rate through the Fall Family Weekend registration form. 

Time: 1:30 PM EST Kickoff 

Price: $14/ticket

UTC Student Ticket Free - Students must reserve their free ticket through their Athletics ticketing account. More information about this process can be found here on the Athletics website.

Should you be a season ticket holder, skip the game ticket portion of the registration form. 

All tickets sold through the FFW Registration form are general admission which will allow you to sit with you student. Should you prefer to purchase a reserved seat with chairback, head over to the Athletics website at gomocs.com to purchase a reserved ticket. Please note, your student will not be allowed to sit in a reserved section with their free student ticket. If you would like your student to sit with you in a reserved section you will need to purchase a ticket for them.

Grab a bite to eat with your student at one of Chattanooga's amazing downtown restaurants.

Fall Family Weekend Games and Lunch, 11:30 AM - 1 PM - Registration Required

Enjoy some lunch and compete as a family in some fun games as we wrap up the weekend.

Time: 11:30 AM - 1 PM EST
