Stop by our UTC University Center off Mocs Alumni Drive, Parking Lots 7 and 31, into our T.O. Way Building Entrance
Our mission is to provide safe, effective and efficient use of University parking. Visitors are always welcome at UTC.
Guests are subject to all parking regulations and it is the responsibility of the department or individual who arranges for visitor parking to make sure the proper information is conveyed to visitors.
All use of University facilities must have prior approval of the Facilities Use Committee.

Mocs Alumni Drive Parking Garage (Lot 31)
The Mocs Alumni Drive (formerly known as East Fifth St) Parking Garage was developed to improve parking for visitors.
Visitors can park on level 1 & 2 for a $6 fee. A fee slip will be placed on your vehicle after it has been parked. This fee slip will contain the information for payment of the daily garage fee. The daily garage fee must be paid within six calendar days or a late fee will be applied.
As on many other campuses, this garage is sustained through fees. Faculty, staff, department and student sponsors are encouraged to contact the parking office in advance to make arrangements for their guests.

Visitor Parking Lot (Lot 7)
The parking lot near Maclellan Gym, accessible via Terrell Owens Way and Douglas Street, is another space dedicated to improve parking for visitors.

Visitors with a valid state-issued disability permit can visit the information booth for a free daily parking permit that will allow the vehicle to park in any disability or general parking space on campus.
Temporary Parking at Administrative Services Building
A total of four spaces in front of the Admin. Building, Palmetto Street, are intended to be used for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time. These spaces are meant for incoming visitors or members of the campus community to make quick stops for the Mail & Print Office, or other departments located inside the building.
