- Thursday September 24th from 8 A.M. – 1 P.M.
October
- UC Tennessee Room
- Tuesday October 6th from 10 A.M. - 2 P.M.
- Chamberlin Field - With the Be Well Health Fair
- Wednesday October 7th from 11 A.M. - 2 P.M.
*Alternate Inclement Weather Location - UC Tennessee Room

No Appointment is Necessary – If you would like to reserve a time you may do so with the Online Scheduling Link. This will help to streamline your check-in process:
- **Please ensure you schedule for a date that is open to the public (9/23 & 24 or 10/6 & 7)
- Vaccine Clinic Locations are not reflected on the scheduling link – please follow the locations listed on this page and emails
- You may choose to walk in during the above dates as well.

- Bring an updated copy of your medical insurance and pharmacy benefits card
