Reverse Career Fair

The Reverse Career Fair is our culminating event each year here at UTC Mosaic. It is an opportunity for our students, who are on the autism spectrum, to participate in a more sensory-friendly career fair format.  All of our Juniors, Seniors, and new this year, Graduates of the last year will have a booth and board set up, detailing their accomplishments, abilities, and aspirations.

For you, as employers, this event provides a number of opportunities:

  • Conduct on-site interviews with Juniors, Seniors, and Graduates
  • Secure highly-skilled interns
  • Bring along staff (no limit on tag-alongs!) who may benefit from exposure to neurodiversity, and dispelling misconceptions about autistic professionals
  • Enjoy refreshments, and mingle with students as well as other local businesses

All of this, including refreshments and swag bags, is free of charge. Our mission is to empower our students to be successful in their career field, as well as create a more autism-friendly Chattanooga. We can't do it without you!
