AP® Environmental Science
The goal of the AP Environmental Science course is to provide you with the scientific principles, concepts, and methodologies required to understand the interrelationships of the natural world, to identify and analyze environmental problems both natural and human-made, to evaluate the relative risks associated with these problems, and to examine alternative solutions for resolving and/or preventing them.

About the Instructor
Scott Cole has been teaching for 18 years. He received his Bachelor's in education from East Tennessee State University. After teaching biology, environmental science, and physical science in Tennessee, Cole moved to Georgia where he has been teaching for the last 13 years--many of which has been teaching AP Environmental Science at both Alpharetta and Forsyth Central High Schools. Cole has been an AP Environmental Science Reader for the last 9 years, and most recently, served as a Table Leader.
