UTC IBC Submissions are Transitioning to DASH Research Safety

Starting January 12, 2026, all IBC submissions and review processes will be conducted on UT’s new online platform DASH Research Safety. This new system allows protocol teams to: 

• Submit IBC protocols
• Submit IBC amendments and annual updates (i.e. continuing reviews)
• Track progress through a guided review cycle involving the IBC and other key personnel.

The DASH Research Safety Module streamlines the entire submission and review process by moving protocols through clearly defined stages based on reviewer actions.

In preparation for this new submission and review procedure, the IBC has removed website access to the IBC registration, amendment and annual update forms that were previously posted here.

Contact the IBC ([email protected]) if you need to submit an IBC registration, amendment or annual update prior to January 12, 2026. The IBC Administrator will send you a copy of the form for your submission.
