USDOT SMART Chattanooga: Connected Roads in Action Experience Chattanooga’s USDOT SMART project in action, showcasing real-world applications of EVP, TSP, SDSM, and VRU safety. This live demo highlights how connected mobility solutions can improve efficiency, safety, and the overall travel experience for all road users. Smart Streets in Action: Corridor, Crosswalk & Control Experience Chattanooga’s living testbed through the MLK Smart Corridor, LG Smart Crosswalk, and a visit to the Traffic Management Center. See how data and technology are transforming everyday mobility. CONNECTing the Dots: Protecting VRUs with 5G C-V2X This demonstration leverages V2X and sensor data sharing to perform vulnerable road user detection through a combination of real-time video streaming and SDSM messages over 5G-V2X direct communication. The OBU and RSU used for this demonstration are capable of switching between 5G-V2X and LTE-V2X communication, powered by Ettifos' Software Defined Modem (SDM) solution. - Edney Innovation Center Demos

This demo highlights how connected, automated vehicles interact, coordinate, and make safer, smarter decisions in a controlled test environment—showcasing the building blocks of tomorrow’s mobility. Multi-Agent Trajectory Forecasting in Urban Traffic This demo highlights federated learning AI methods for forecasting traffic trajectories in urban environments. Using personalized federated learning, the system enables improved accuracy, scalability, and privacy in predicting how vehicles and pedestrians move.
