The RAIL System is dedicated to empowering rural school psychologists by providing free access to assessments, interventions, and consultation services. Our mission is to enhance the educational opportunities and emotional well-being of students in rural communities by equipping school psychologists and other school personnel with the necessary tools and resources to effectively support their needs. We believe that every child deserves access to quality psychological and educational services, and we strive to bridge the gap in resources for those in underserved areas.
