In this webinar, you will explore various types of needs assessments, effective strategies for implementing them with congregations, and best practices for using results to guide outreach and program development. Dr. Harmon will share insights from over five years of designing and implementing needs assessments with community outreach organizations. She has successfully crafted and implemented needs assessments with congregations and used the results to tailor programs for older adults and other demographic groups. Her guidance will empower you to create meaningful outreach programs for older adults using needs assessments and their data.
