We are looking forward to inviting families back to campus this fall to visit with their student, get a taste of the UTC experience and explore Chattanooga. Fall Family Weekend will take place October 20-22.

Fall Family Weekend 2023 Schedule
Friday, October 20
- Fall Family Weekend Kickoff: 7-9 PM EST - CLOSED

Capacity at this event has been met and we are no longer taking registrations for the Kickoff.
Kick off Fall Family Weekend with our opening reception. Enjoy food, music, campus tours and more! This will be a great way to reconnect with your student and other families joining us for the weekend. Registration for this event is required. Event fee is applied to family members and guests attending the event. All UTC Students in your party will attend for free; however, you will need to indicate how many will be attending in the registration form.
Registration fee: $15/person
Saturday, October 21
- Fall Family Weekend Tailgate: 11 AM - 1 PM EST - CLOSED

Capacity at this event has been met and we are no longer taking registrations for the Tailgate.
It is time to cheer on the Mocs. Stop by for a tailgate lunch and get in the UTC spirit. Registration for this event is required. Event fee is applied to family members and guests attending the event. All UTC Students in your party will attend for free; however, you will need to indicate how many will be attending in the registration form.
Registration fee: $15/person
- UTC Football Game (UTC vs. ETSU): 1 PM EST Kickoff - CLOSED

Registration for ticket is now closed.
Cheer on the Mocs as we take on a conference rival, ETSU! Students attend all athletics events for free by claiming their free ticket. More information about this process is located on the Athletics Student Ticketing webpage. All family members and guests will need a ticket to the game. We are selling general admission tickets through the Fall Family Weekend registration form. Tickets are listed at $12 each and will allow you to sit with your student.
Tickets: $12/ticket
Should you have season tickets, skip this portion of the registration form. If you would prefer to have a reserved seat with a chairback, head over to the Athletics website where you can purchase a reserved ticket. *Please note your student will not be able to use their free ticket in any reserved section. Should you want your student to sit with you in a reserved seat, you will also need to purchase a ticket for them.

- Screen on the Green Movie Night: 8:30-10:30 PM EST

The Office of Student and Family Engagement is hosting a movie night on Chamberlain Field. This event is planned in coordination with our student employees and is open campus-wide. We would love for our parents and guests to join us!
Screen on the Green is free to attend and refreshments will be provided on a first come, first served basis. Please use the registration form to let us know if your family will be in attendance so that our team can plan accordingly.

Sunday, October 22
- Sunday Brunch: 10 AM - 12 PM EST - CLOSED

Capacity at this event has been met and we are no longer taking registrations for the Brunch.
Join Alumni Affairs and the Parent and Family Association for brunch and bingo! Brunch is included and bingo will be played for fun! No prizes will be given. Registration for this event is required. Event fee is applied to family members and guests attending the event. All UTC Students in your party will attend for free; however, you will need to indicate how many will be attending in the registration form.

Fall Family Weekend T-shirts
Interested in taking home a Fall Family Weekend t-shirt to commemorate the weekend? Please use the registration form to indicate how many t-shirts you would like to purchase. T-shirts will not be provided for your UTC student. Please purchase a t-shirt for your student if they wish to receive one. T-shirts will be available for pick up during the weekend if your registration is submitted prior to October 6.
If you wish to have the shirts shipped after the event or if you order shirts after October 6, please select yes in the drop-down box on the form and follow the instructions on the invoice tab. There will be a flat rate cost of shipping of $5 for t-shirts to be shipped to one address. We will use the address on the registration form to ship the shirts.

Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a full refund for Fall Family Weekend events after registering, a written refund request must be submitted via email to [email protected] no later October 10 at 5 PM EST. No requests will be accepted in person or via telephone. Refund requests should include the following information:

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted due to ordering of food, supplies, etc. If a participant fails to attend their registered event, no refund is given.
FAQ
- If I ordered t-shirts, where can I pick those up?

T-shirts can be picked up at the first event you attend during the weekend. We will have them available for pick up at all events.
- What is the dress code?
-
The dress code is casual for all events during the weekend. We always encourage families to wear blue and gold!
The UTC Football game vs. ETSU is scheduled to be a "White Out" game. Attendees are encouraged to wear their favorite white Mocs gear.
- Do young children need a ticket to attend the football game?

Children aged two (2) or older must have a ticket to attend the football, per UTC Athletics policy.
- What forms of payment are accepted?

We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, or American Express logo. No cash or check payments are accepted. No payments will be accepted at the event.
- What is the bag policy at Finley Stadium?

Only one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person. Fans can have a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Click HERE to view examples. No other bags allowed inside Finley Stadium. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
- What other items can we bring in the stadium?

Fans can bring the following items inside athletic venues, provided they meet the size requirement:
- Cushions or seats without arms or pockets
- Small bags with medically necessary items, subject to search
- Diapers and non-medically necessary items for babies and young children should be in a clear bag. An infant/child must accompany a diaper bag.
- Small cameras, cell phones and binoculars
- Where can we park at the stadium?

Lots on and around the Finley Stadium / First Horizon Pavilion property are private and pay-only. Some street parking is available and may be free or metered by the City of Chattanooga. Attendants accept cash and may or may not have the ability to process a credit card in queue.
