UTC Mocs to Memphis (and points in between)

The Mocs to Memphis (and points in between) initiative provides safe and affordable charter bus transportation during Spring Break for students living in Nashville, Jackson, Memphis, or surrounding areas. 

The cost for this service is $55 per seat. Students have the option to travel one-way or round trip—the price is the same.

• Registration closes on March 13 at 10:00 a.m. or when the bus fills up.
• Refund policy: Refunds must be requested by March 11.
• Luggage limit: Please note that each passenger is limited to one suitcase (stored under the bus) and one small carry-on item for personal use during the trip.

• Depart: Saturday, March 14, 2026
• Return: Sunday, March 22, 2026

Routes and Times

Please make sure your ride for the drop-ff location is prepared to be there on-time to pick you up, as the buses are unable to wait with individual students.

Campus → Nashville → Jackson → Memphis

• The bus will arrive in Lancing Court on Terrell Owens Way (outside of the University Center) at 8:30 a.m. E.S.T.
• The bus will depart from campus promptly at 9 a.m. E.S.T. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early and no later than 8:45 a.m. E.S.T. to allow time to load luggage and get on the bus.
• The bus will travel to the Nashville drop-off location arriving at approximately 10:15 a.m. C.S.T.
• After departing from Nashville, the bus will travel to Jackson drop-off location arriving at approximately 1:30 C.S.T.
• Finally, the bus will travel from Jackson to the Memphis drop-off location arriving at approximately 2:30 C.S.T.

Memphis → Jackson → Nashville → Campus

• Please arrive at your respective pick-up locations about 20-30 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to load your luggage and board the bus.
• The bus will depart from the Memphis pick-up location promptly at 11:30 a.m. C.S.T. en route to Jackson.
• The bus will then arrive at the Jackson pick-up location at approximately 1:00 p.m. C.S.T.
• After departing from Jackson, the bus will travel to the Nashville pick-up location arriving at approximately 3:30 p.m. C.S.T.
• The bus will arrive on campus at approximately 7:00 p.m. E.S.T.  and will drop-off in Lancing Court on Terrell Owens Way (outside of the University Center).
