Joshua is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and later a Master of Education in Special Education. Before becoming an Access Coordinator at The Disability Resource Center in 2018, Joshua was employed at The Hospital School at Duke University Hospital, and prior to that, The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh. He served adolescent and pediatric patients in these respective hospital systems and facilitated school re-entry transitions and accommodations for patients being discharged from the hospital to home. Joshua has accumulated knowledge of low-incidence disabilities such as Prader-Willi Syndrome and provided intensive consultation for persons with acquired brain injuries and their families.
