Curiosity Committee

An open committee with meetings styled as an unconference; participants are invited to bring their questions 

and ideas focused on grassroots efforts to improve the workplace experience for staff at UTC. 

Open questions that may begin as ‘I wonder if …’  foster constructive dialogue and attendees are encouraged to engage in appreciative inquiry.
