Course Description
UTC College of Engineering and Computer Science, the Department of Engineering Management and Technology, and the Center for Professional Education are excited to offer the Manufacturing Excellence Program to the Chattanooga community. The program is designed to offer participants with the skills and training they need to be effective in the workplace. Course topics include self-analysis, communication, punctuality, and safety.

To be considered for the Manufacturing Excellence Program, please indicate an interest in manufacturing.
Upon submission, a City of Chattanooga employee will contact you to follow up on your application.
What You Will Learn
- Build working relationships with all individuals throughout the organization.
- Understand personal responsibilities within the production, quality, and safety processes.
- Understand and demonstrate how to plan, organize, and communicate.
