We are excited to invite families back to Chattanooga for Spring Family Day on April 5, 2025. View the schedule for the day and registration information below. All wishing to attend this event must be registered. 

We have set capacity numbers for this event. Once capacity is met, we will not be able to accept any more registrations. Capacity is defined by space and/or resource limitations as we work to create the best possible experience for our attending families.

Registration for the Spring Family Day includes all the events taking place that day. There is one registration fee for guests and students attend for free; however, you must also register your UTC student that will be with you in attendance. Check out the schedule below to see what is included in your ticket for the day. Registration for Spring Family Day will close on April 1 at 12 PM EST unless capacity is met at an earlier date. No registrations or payments will be accepted on site at this event.

Registration Form Steps 

1. After clicking the register link, you will be asked to log in. Please log in or create a new account and be sure to verify your email by following all instructions. (Please check your spam email folder if you do not receive the email verification message.)
2. Once logged in, find the Spring Family Day event on the calendar (April 5) to begin the registration.
3. Click "Register" then click "Continue Registration" on the next page.
4. Fill out all the contact information. This is the information of the family member or guest registering.
5. Next, you will select the ticket type in the Admission Fee and Optional Session section. By selecting the ticket type, you are indicating how many total guest/family members are attending. This number includes you, but this number should NOT include your student.
6. Please use the next two questions to let us know of any accommodations your group may require. Our team will be in touch to discuss any accommodations indicated here.
7. You must list all UTC students and their UTC ID that will be attending with your group. Students not registered here will unfortunately not be able to attend.
8. Next, you will rank your preference of attraction to visit during your time with us. We will do our best to accommodate your group in your preferred attraction. All members of your group must attend the same attraction.
9. Once you click register, you will be directed to the payment page to complete payment for your registration. This page may take a few seconds to load. Payment must be submitted to confirm your registration.
10. Once the form is submitted and you have moved to the payment page, you will not be able to make edits to your registration yourself. Please contact us at [email protected] for questions.

Pricing

• Guest price: $35/per person
• UTC Student: FREE (must be included on registration form) 

Schedule of Events (Included in your registration)

• 9 AM - 11 AM:  Check In and Breakfast- Check-in for Spring Family Day and enjoy breakfast with your student. During this time you can review your schedule for the day and participate in a fun make-and-take activity.
• Chattanooga Attraction - Depart campus to enjoy your selected Chattanooga attraction. During the registration process you can choose from the Hunter Museum of American Art or the Chattanooga Zoo for your party to visit during Spring Family Day. These tickets can be redeemed at any point during attraction visiting hours on April 5. We recommend visiting your selected attraction in the morning and grabbing some lunch before the 1 PM softball game!
• Lunch on Your Own - Visit one of the many local favorites to get a taste of Chattanooga! Consider choosing a lunch spot from one of our staff recommendations coming soon!
• 1 PM and 3 PM UTC Softball Vs. Western Carolina at Frost Park - Cheer on the Mocs at their double header against Western Carolina. Your ticket will give you admission to both games!
• Campus Scavenger Hunt - Spend some time exploring campus on our campus scavenger hunt. Information about the scavenger hunt will be provided at check-in!

Chattanooga Football Club is offering special discounted tickets to those attending Spring Family Day. Consider buying tickets to the CFC vs. Orlando City match at 7 PM EST at Finely Stadium

Cancellation/Refunds:

If your schedule changes and you are no longer able to attend, you have until March 28 at 5 PM EST to cancel your reservation and request a refund. If you need to cancel after this date, we will no longer be able to offer a refund for your registration. Please email [email protected] with any cancellation requests.
