UTC Wind Ensemble February

The UTC Wind Ensemble will present a concert next Tuesday, February 20, at 7:30 p.m. in the Roland Hayes Concert Hall. The Wind Ensemble consists of music majors and advanced players from the Concert Band. Its concert programs are designed to push the limits of the music majors, and can include larger works, chamber works, and development of the soloist musician.

This program will feature Gallito, by Santiago Lope, Lux Aurumque, by Eric Whitacre, Second Suite in F for Military Band, Op. 28, No. 2, by Gustav Holst, and Galop from MOSCOW, CHEREMUSHKY, by Dmitri Shostakovich and transcribed by Donald Hunsberger.

Please come and hear this outstanding student ensemble on February 20. The concert is free and open to the public.
