Welcome

We are a division of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s Finance and Operations Unit. Our office assists departments and units throughout the UTC community with:

  • the purchase of goods and services
  • the contracting of goods and services, and
  • the management of University surplus property inventory.

We are committed to providing exemplary service to the University and it’s vendors, and conducting the procurement, contract and surplus initiatives in an ethical and sustainable manner. Our focus is to present quality acquisition and related contracting services and to maximize the effective life of equipment and materials to the campus community.
