Chattanooga Corporate Challenge
June 4-6, 2026
Finley Stadium
We know it can be difficult to think of finding time for anything else at this point in the semester, but sometimes we all need to have a little fun and let off a little steam. It's even better if we can do that in a way that also allows us to show some UTC spirit and engagement in a visible way within our community.
For the first time, UTC is stepping into the Chattanooga Corporate Challenge—and we want you on the team.
Mark your calendar for Saturday, June 6, when more than 25 local companies come together at Finley Stadium for a day of friendly competition, team spirit and community pride.
From a 5K and trivia to dodgeball, tug-of-war and cornhole, there’s something for everyone—whether you’re competing, cheering or just showing up to support Team UTC.
Event Schedule
- Main Competition: Saturday, June 6, Finley Stadium
- Trivia Night: Thursday, June 4, Finley Stadium
- Bowling: Friday, June 5, Southside Social
- For a preview of the Corporate Challenge events, check out the website
How to Participate
- Register here for Team UTC
- Select the events you're interested in
- Email [email protected] if you are interested in being a "Team Captain" for one of the events
- Final team rosters will be set after registration, and you'll be notified of your assignments
Important: 1-Mile Walk (all employees encouraged!) Be sure to select the Unum Group 1-Mile Walk at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 6, at Finley Stadium.
Every participant earns a point for Team UTC, making this one of the easiest and most impactful ways to contribute. It’s also one of the largest events of the day, with over 1,000 participants.
Tailgating and Guests: While only employees can compete for points, the event is family-friendly. Feel free to bring your family. UTC will have a team tailgate space in Athlete Village. Food trucks will be open throughout the day.
All participants will get a T-shirt to represent UTC at the event. We hope to see you there!
