- Living rooms feature a sofa, club chair, coffee table, end table, and entertainment center.

- The building is equipped with a high-tech electronic key security system.
- A key card offers both exterior entry and apartment access. A room key is provided for bedroom access.
- Odd-numbered rooms are located on the north side facing East 8th Street
- Even-numbered rooms are located on the south side facing Flynn Street.
UTC Housing & Residence Life Information
- Palmetto Place is fully staffed with a Graduate Resident Director and Resident Assistants.
- Resident Assistants are available during the evening hours to assist students.
- Staff will coordinate programs and handle concerns.
- An office and community room are located in the ground floor lobby and available for student use.
