Other Embedded Media Examples

Responsive video snippets can also be used for other types of embedded media, such as PDF's, Google Calendar, and more.

Be willing to experiment! You can embed Google Maps, Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, etc.

All of the following examples begin by placing a responsive video snippet: 

  • Click the Insert Predefined Snippet Content button (snippet icon button)
  • Category: Video | Snippet: see below for various examples
  • Click the iFrame placeholder, which appears in the editor as a yellow box with a red dashed outline

PDF embedded in an iFrame

This example uses the Wide / HD responsive video snippet:

  • Click the Insert/Edit Embedded Media button (media edit icon)
  • Choose a PDF file for the source of the iFrame

External Site embedded in an iFrame

This example uses a normal responsive video snippet:

  • Click the Insert/Edit Embedded Media button (media edit icon)
  • Insert the iFrame embed code as the Source Code of the iFrame
  • or Insert the URL of the external site as the File/URL of the iFrame 

 


Google Map embedded in an iFrame

This example uses a blue background with caption responsive video snippet:

  • Click the Insert/Edit Embedded Media button (media edit icon)
  • Insert a Google Maps iFrame embed code as the Source of the iFrame

This example uses a Wide responsive video snippet:

  • Click the Insert/Edit Embedded Media button (media edit icon)
  • Insert a Prezi iFrame embed code as the Source of the iFrame, or insert the iFrame URL as the File/URL
