Gateway Students Only
Since a working computer is crucial to your success in our programs, we offer free computer diagnosis and repair for Gateway students. If your computer is not working properly, bring it to our technology coordinator. All services are free; you're responsible only for the cost of any hardware that needs to be replaced or upgraded (often, no new hardware necessary). There's no cost for diagnosis.
While your Gateway computer is being repaired, you may borrow one of our laptops so that your coursework is not interrupted. These loans are temporary (one to two weeks) until your computer is diagnosed or repaired. It is a one-to-one swap--you give us a computer, we loan you a laptop.
