An Introduction to Capturing Audio


Learn the basics of capturing and editing audio. Using the Studio's Zoom recorder, you will discover the use of different microphones for specific settings. Beyond the general use of the recorder, you will be guided through the basics of uploading your media to the appropriate software. Participate in lively discussions about using the timeline, multiple tracks, splicing audio recordings, adding effects / filters, and mixing tracks. Using supplied audio files and assets, you will learn to successfully import, mix, and export an audio project. This can be catered to different types of recording such as: Live radio style, recorded narratives, music production, and more!
