Daily Housing Tours

We offer a separate housing tour that will showcase two additional on campus apartments. All housing tours last approximately 30 minutes, do not require reservations and are only offered on days that campus tours are offered.  The housing tours will begin in UTC Welcome Center, Room 117, located on the 1st floor of the University Center.

  • During the fall and spring semester (Sept-April), the housing tour begins at 1pm Eastern Time.
  • During the summer semester (June-July) the housing tour will begin at 11:30am Eastern Time.

*All UTC housing tours will begin promptly and we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. Please note that UTC Housing Tours are only offered on days that regular campus tours are available.

**We will not be able to conduct housing tours during the months of December or May.
