Open Lab Time and Web Workshops
Web Workshops are announced via the OU Campus internal email list, which is used for system announcements.
During Open Labs, several members of the Web Services team will be on hand to assist with basic and advanced editing techniques, answer questions, and provide information.
Lab times will begin with 45 minutes of Workshop time, during which a member of the team will explain and demonstrate web techniques using OU Campus (www.utc.edu) or WordPress (blog.utc.edu). The remainder of the Lab will feature hands-on, personal assistance from expert editors.
No prior registration is required. Feel free to drop in at any time during any of the labs. Even if you do not require assistance, Open Labs provide time and space to get away from your office to concentrate on web editing, or to meet and work with fellow web editors.
Participants should complete OU Campus online training prior to attending workshops. Editors must attend Web Training 101 to receive login credentials for OU Campus.
