Q and A with Josh Smith
Where do you come from? I come from the land down under. Well... actually that's Harry Smithers (some of you may remember our esteemed colleague), but Tennessee has wombats and giant killer spiders too, right? I was born and raised in Chattanooga, one of my favorite places.
Where is the farthest place you have traveled? The Cape of Good Hope on the tip of South Africa, the farthest point from almost everywhere else in the world. Fun fact, penguins live near this cape, so I've seen penguins in their natural habitat. The name of these penguins is pretty funny, look it up.
Star Trek or Star Wars? Star Wars, the original trilogy. The new ones don't count. There, I said it. Make it so.
What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be an archaeologist/college professor just like Indiana Jones, as seen in the original trilogy. The new one doesn't count.
What is your favorite hobby? I enjoy filming events or nature and then editing the footage. I'd be really interested in making short films or feature length films some day.
