Multiple Authors/Presenters
A Note about Project Authors VERSUS Presenters Attending the Conference
For conference planning and preparation, we need to know how many authors are associated with each project (to list the project authorship appropriately in the conference program), and how many presenters will physically be present at the conference to talk about the project ( so that we know how much food and swag to order!)
The number of authors on your project might be different from the number of presenters who will physically be present to attend the event and talk about the project. The individuals who will be physically present at the conference are the Project PRESENTERS. The primary author submitting the presenter submission form will provide the names and contact information for ALL authors AND project presenters in the presenter submission form.
Here is an example.
- Project: Art in America
- Project AUTHORS: Lisa M. Piazza Ph.D., Caitlin Kelley, Roger Smith, Ph.D. ( all researchers who contributed to project)
- Project PRESENTERS: Lisa M. Piazza Ph.D., Caitlin Kelley. These two individuals will physically be present the conference to talk about the project.
