Pi Sigma Alpha National Student Conference
The Fifth Annual Pi Sigma Alpha National Student Conference will take place February
16-18 on the campus of George Washington University in Washington D.C. This event
is quickly becoming a premier opportunity for students to gather and share their work
with peers. The event is only open to Pi Sigma Alpha members! The deadline for submission
of proposals is December 1, 2017. The conference features a welcome reception on Friday
evening, a full day of panels on Saturday, and optional professional development and
training session of Sunday (half day). There is no registration fee.
The Department of Political Science and Public Service will be able to help cover
the costs of this conference. If you would like to apply for this conference, please
set up an appoint with Dr. Wintersieck
to discuss the conference and the paper you would like to present. If approved, you
will need to give a practice presentation to the PSPS faculty in January 2017.
