At UTC we strongly believe that research and scholarly activities are an important factor that distinguishes graduate education from undergraduate education. We believe that research is vital to the advancement of our profession, and that well-prepared graduates should be able to assimilate new research into their clinical arena, as well as contribute to the literature for our discipline. All of our students participate in a faculty-driven research project as part of our curriculum.
Our faculty are continually engaged in scholarly activities and research. In the current health care arena changes occur constantly, and keeping up with research and related knowledge is paramount. At UTC, faculty are actively engaged in many innovative and cutting edge research endeavors.
