Title IX Team Training

Title IX Team Training 

This page contains information on training completed by members of the UTC Title IX Team, including but not limited to, the Title IX Coordinator, Deputy Title IX Coordinators, Title IX Investigators, and Title IX Decision-Makers. This information is provided in compliance with the Title IX Amendments of 1972, specifically 34 C.F.R. 106.45(b)(10)(i)(D). 

2023

Team Training

  • University of Tennessee System-Wide Training: All members of the UTC Title IX Team completed the University of Tennessee System-wide training, which was facilitated, following a competitive bid process, by Grand River Solutions on August 14, 2023.

Note: The training from 2020 was utilized again for the 2021-2022 academic year due to the consistency of the Title IX Regulations.
