Tara Mathis has been at UTC since 2007.   She currently serves as Associate Dean of Students. In this role, she provides leadership and direction to The Office of Multicultural Affairs, Veteran Student Services, and The Center for Women and Gender Equity.  Tara earned in her Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.  Tara is married and has two children.
