Add, Drop, or Withdraw From a Class

• Click Academics Tab then select “Register, Add, Drop Classes” 
• Select the term and enter your Alternate PIN from your Advisor

• Click Academics Tab and then select “My Concise Schedule” 

View Your Degree Audit

• Click Academics Tab and then select “MyMocsDegree”

View Your Grades

• Click Academics Tab and then select “My Mid-term/Final Grades” 
• Select the term you’re searching for

View Your Holds

• Click Academics Tab and then select “Holds” 

View Your Financial Aid Holds

• Click on the Money Tab, Financial Aid menu and Financial Aid Holds 

Obtain Enrollment Verification

• Click Academics Tab and then select “Request Enrollment Verification” 
• This link sends you to the National Student Clearinghouse and you can select “Current en-rollment” or “All enrollment” 

Update your Address/Phone Number

• Click on the Services Tab and then select either “Update Addresses and Phones” 
• Note: You must end the old address with a date and start a new address with a new date 

Enroll in Direct Deposit

• Click on the Money tab
• Select “Go to My Account” 
• Click “My Profiles” 
• Click on “Add New Payment Method” 
• Follow the directions

Make a Payment

• Click on the Money tab 
• Select “Go to My Account” 
• Click on “My Account or Payments” 
• Follow the directions 

View Your Financial Aid Requirements

• Click on the Money Tab 
• Choose the correct aid year 
• Click on the red flag documents 

View Your Financial Aid & Scholarship Award

• Click on the Money Tab 
• Click on “My Award Information” 
• Choose the correct aid year 

Check your TN HOPE Scholarship GPA & Hours: 

• Go to Maintaining the HOPE
• Select “Check My HOPE GPA & Hours” button on top right of the page
