Software for Employees

Software Requiring Supervisory Approval and/or License
Purchase

Employees seeking licenses for the software listed below may submit their request for access by completing a Software Request form found at the following link:

Software Request Form →

*Please note that the prices for each software listed will be contained on the Software Request form. On completion of the Software Request form, your designated Supervisor will be notified to provide approval and/or purchase information to complete the software provisioning process.

Adobe Captivate and Adobe Presenter Information

How to request purchases for Captivate and Presenter licenses:

  • Place a ticket with the UTC Help Desk by phone (423-425-4000), email (Clientservices@utc.edu), or directly through your browser (helpdesk.utc.edu) to request pricing for an Adobe Captivate and/or Presenter license.
  • Include whether your primary computer’s OS has Windows or MacOS installed; only one license is permitted per installation.

*Due to both applications being packaged and serialized versions, they are not associated with a named license as with the rest of the Adobe CC apps suite. As a result, automatic software updates do not work for these versions and are only updated twice a year by UTK at this time.
