This is just an outline to getting no particular order.

This guide will help you get started with IT Services at UTC.

1. Everyone who uses information technology resources must read and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

2. As a new employee you will receive your UTCID {insert the process for receiving the ID}...  Your UTCID (NetID) is an unique identifier for everyone on campus. It is used to access your email, file storage, checking pay statements, Mocsnet, UT portal and UTC Learn. You will login to your computer with your UTCID and password. You will need to set up your password and security questions for your UTCid through UTC's Identity and Access Management.

5. All employees can have voice mail set up for their phone. You must request a voice mailbox through the help desk. After you have received your voice mail then visit How to Setup Voice Mail.

6. All UTC owned computers setup through by Client Services have several software packages already installed.
