The Information Security & Projects Office is also responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an efficient and effective IT Projects monitoring program. The goals of the IT Projects Program are to:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project workspace that provides for the collection of IT projects, allows for timely status updates, and generates all appropriate reports for the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Promote project management processes and practices within Information Technology that contribute to the successful coordination of all campus-wide IT projects,
- Assist project owners meet their customer's/supervisor's expectations.
- Assist project owners deliver on time, within budget, as specified, with quality and a great attitude.
