Help Desk Hours

The help desk and other support offices are closed for all holidays and administrative closings. To see a list of all holiday and administrative closings see the Closing Schedule at http://humanresources.tennessee.edu/closing_schedules.html. Faculty and staff escalated issues are handled during normal business hours Monday - Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Phones and Remote Desktop Support:

  • Sunday: Closed
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: Closed

Between semester coverage:

  • Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Walk in Support (UC Computer Lab)

  • Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 10 p.m.
  • Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
