The Client Services department is a combination of three integrated areas, all focused on providing customer service and solutions to the UTC campus. Please call (423) 425-4000, email ClientServices@utc.edu, or submit a Footprints ticket to begin all IT requests.
The Help Desk supports all UTC students, faculty, and staff over the phone, through email, or by remote connection. The Help Desk is also responsible for escalating support tickets to other IT departments as needed.
IT Solutions Center
The IT Solutions Center is a student-focused drop in area that supports UTC's student body with services such as: network registration, malware removal, software install, hardware troubleshooting, etc.
Field Support is the University's official tech support department for all faculty and staff, University-owned equipment in offices, computer labs, and classrooms.
