RHA’s Mission Statement
RHA is an organization dedicated to providing a voice for UTC’s residents. RHA strives to create an environment that is both safe and fulfilling. RHA provides numerous opportunities and learning experiences through programming, leadership conferences, and community involvement.
RHA’s Creed
We believe in the partnership and well being of all residents living on campus. We grasp the ideas, values, interests, and concerns presented to us by any resident or staff of the Department of Housing and Residence Life and approach them in a way to most successfully fulfill their needs.
Getting Involved
RHA meets once a week to discuss business surrounding the organization and the residence halls and to plan programs and events on campus. Every resident that lives in UTC's housing complexes is a member of RHA and welcome at each meeting; however, we will be looking for residents to serve as voting delegates for their complex. There will be one delegate per one-hundred residents in each complex (about 30-35 voting delegates total) who will represent their building at RHA's general body meetings. If you are interested in being one of these delegates and representing your complex and the residents that live there, watch for an email from us early in each semester. If you have any questions before then, please call the RHA office at the number provided below.
Next Steps
Feel free to leave us a message and a number where we can contact you, or send an email to [email protected] and we will reply as quickly as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns, the RHA Office is located in the office outside of the UCF Activity Room. We do not have a direct line, but you can call the Boling Office to speak to Meghan at 423-425-1033.
